Dear Valued Patients,

We wanted to share an update regarding our office and thank you sincerely for your continued patience and support.

At this time, our office remains temporarily closed as we complete remediation and renovation following smoke damage. The good news is that we are making steady progress. Our HVAC ducts have been thoroughly cleaned, and this week we will be installing new carpet and ceiling insulation. These final steps bring us very close to reopening.

Based on our current timeline, we estimate that we will be ready to welcome you back in approximately two more weeks. While this process has taken longer than any of us hoped, our priority has been ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.

Thank you for sticking with us and navigating this unexpected journey together. Your understanding and kindness have meant more to us than we can express.

Dear LOYAL PATIENTS,

We will be only open tomorrow for dispensing glasses and contacts from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM for dispensing only (glasses and contact lens pickup) next door at ASTERIA FLORALS.

• Only leave a voicemail if needed , we will be checking voicemails periodically

• Some patients glasses have arrived but the cases are being cleaned off site by a remediation company. If you were notified about this, feel free to pick them up and we when we re-open, we will be glad to give you a case and adjust the frames.

• Stay tuned for limited hours for next week for dispensing. Re-Construction is now underway so we will not be able to utilize the space for dispensing. Asteria has been gracious to let us be there for dispensing tomorrow and we will see if this works out for us for next week.
