COVID-19 Announcement

Attention Eyes of East Sac Patients:

With ever-increasing numbers of COVID infections, we want to assure you that we are aligning our cleaning protocols with CDC guidelines throughout the day and in between patients, enforcing social distancing recommendations by limiting the number of patients in our office.

• You must bring your mask and wear it at all times in the facility.
  
  

• Everyone who enters will get their temperature checked and hand sanitizer is available upon entering
  
  

• You must pass a medical questionnaire at time of making an appointment
  
  

• You must fill out intake paperwork prior to your eye exam. These same forms are listed in the Patient Info page on our website www.eyesofeastsac.com
  
  

• Appointments are required for all services. Curbside pick up for glasses orders, adjustments and repairs require an appointment as doors are locked and no walk-ins are allowed.
  
  

• Due to limited appointment slots, our schedule is booked out 3-4 weeks. Due to this, any last minute cancellations of appointments are subject to a cancellation fee.
  
  

• Things you can do through our website: Make an eye exam appointment (you'll still need to speak with a staff member prior to confirming appt) and Order Contact Lenses!

We want to assure you we are diligently working behind the scenes and having regular office meetings to make sure we are doing the best we can in prepping our office for your arrival.
